Appointments

Existing clients, appointments are booked 2-8 weeks out depending on the service.

Please bring your own water. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premise.

Same day, same week appointments are NOT available. No walk-ins.

For an appointment, please text: 480-234-4134

I prefer texting over calling, because sometimes I miss calls and voicemails. Texting is the fastest way to reach me.

It may take 24-72 hours for me to get back to you if you leave a voicemail.

*Day of cancellations will be charged a $45 fee.

Masks are preferred at all appointments.

January 2024 Update:

Accepting new clients on a limited basis for haircuts, and color only, no dreadlocks.

All new clients are subject to paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This fee is non refundable or transferable. It will go towards your service fee at the time of appointment. Consultation fees do not go towards your service fee.

Deposits must be paid via my business Venmo, with few exceptions. Sorry if this excludes some people.

New client appointments may be 6-10 weeks out due to limited availability.

Please read through my website to learn about services and products. I will not answer questions at length over text and will refer you back to this site.

Please do your own research on the color line and styling products I use to see if they fit your needs (Organic Colour Systems, Loma Hair Care).

looking for a similar salon?

Please google them yourself ;)

I like to stay as connected as I can with all the salons…but I don’t have the bandwidth to do this search for you. There are a lot of great stylists out there that do what I do!

Salon Sanitation and Safety updates

What we are doing to make our space safer for all of us

Luckily hair salons are no stranger to strict sanitation practices.  Even before the pandemic we were cleaning and sanitizing equipment and tools between all customers, we never re-use linens, and the shop is cleaned throughout the day.

To up our game we are doing the following

  • Re-certified in Barbicide disinfectant training on April 27th, 2020.

  • Attended “Salon Sanitation Guidance for Covid-19” webinar by modern salon, on April 24th, 2020.

  • Implementing updated comprehensive sanitation protocols.

  • Symptom screening before shift for staff.

  • Reduced waiting area capacity to one person.

  • Posted signage for clients on new procedures.

  • Sanitizing all product bottles, tools, implements, and equipment after each use.

  • Laundering all towels, capes, and linens in hot water and drying on high-heat, like always :)

  • Scheduling 15 minutes between each client for proper disinfection of high touch surfaces (door knobs, sink handles, chair arms, chair seats, light switches, credit card machines, pens, etc..).  Most sanitizers have a kill-time of 2 to 10 minutes.  This gives us enough time.

  • We removed any un-needed items (such as magazines) from the salon.

  • Washing our hands for 20 seconds before every client, or after touching our faces or contaminated surfaces. Making hand sanitizer available for clients and staff.

  • Changing our smock between each client.

  • Wearing fresh clothes upon entering the salon.

  • Staying home if we are sick, waiting at least 72 hours after a fever is experienced.

  • Wearing face coverings (masks or respirators) and using gloves.

  • Operating at a reduced occupancy.

At your next appointment, All Clients

Please read on follow these directions for your next visit

  • Reschedule if you are sick; covid, colds, etc…

  • If you test positive for covid-19, please wait to make your appointment until you test negative.

  • Please enter the salon through the back door (The front door will be locked from the outside).

  • Upon entering the salon, please immediately wash your hands for 20 seconds.

  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth, or face during your appointment.

  • Stay at least 6 feet away from other salon clients.

  • Services and product sales will be by appointment only.

  • Honeycomb prefers that masks to be worn by clients and staff.

    • With some services, facial waxing for example, your mask may be removed for a short time.

    • Disposable masks are provided.

  • Blow-drys may be eliminated or reduced in time to minimize close-contact time between clients and staff if covid cases are high in the community.

  • Please bring your own water/beverage to drink. No alcohol please.

    • It is hot outside, and we live in a desert…so please bring a beverage to remain properly hydrated!

    • Bringing your own beverage and beverage container limits your stylist’s contact with possibly contaminated cups.

    • THANK YOU!

  • Consider leaving unnecessary items at home or in your vehicle to limit their contamination (Please keep items away from sight so they do not get stolen out of your car).

  • At payment hand sanitizer is available.

    • Consider paying with:

      • check

      • credit /debit card

      • contact-less credit cards or ApplePay

      • We have cash but cannot guarantee that change is sanitary to touch. So please wash your hands after handling.

Thank you for your adaptation and patience!
